Exfoliate

Two weeks before you plan on ‘getting your feet out, use a ‘sock type’ exfoliating foot mask which perfectly peels away calluses and dead skin cells.
If you have left it until the last minute, then use a foot scrub to exfoliate dry skin.
Use a pumice stone or callous file on really dry areas.

Moisturise

Use a rich moisturizer on the feet and rub well in paying particular attention to cuticles, heels and little toes.
Use an orange stick to gently push back cuticles. Do not cut cuticles as these form an important barrier to infection!

Nail Polish

There are some amazing coloured polishes available to brighten up your day – you can even paint each nail a different colour!
To make your polish shine again after a day at the beach just pop on a layer of clear nail polish when you get out of the shower!
